Grievances Redressal Policy

OBJECTIVETo provide a clear and transparent process for resolving grievances and ensure that all customer complaints are addressed promptly, fairly, and effectively.

SCOPEThis policy applies to all users availing KarmaLife's services, including Earned Wage Access (EWA), Personal Loans, and related financial products.

Grievance Redressal MechanismThe policy is founded on the following principles:

  1. Ensuring a trust and customer first approach while resolving any customer complaints
  2. Addressing customer complaints with courtesy and promptness.
  3. Informing customers about available avenues to escalate complaints within the organization and their rights if dissatisfied with complaint resolution.

General Guidelines

  • Complaints raised on the number provided will receive a call back for issue assistance within 24 hours.
  • Updates on grievance status will be provided at each stage.
  • Complaints should include:
    • Full Name
    • Contact Details
    • Loan/Account ID
    • Detailed Description of the Issue

If the complaint remains unresolved after following the outlined escalation process, it may be further escalated to the Nodal Officer of the respective Registered Entity (RE) that issued the loan, as per applicable regulatory guidelines.
